I cook from life experience
For me, cooking represents my life and the way I’ve learned to survive, and I put that same energy into every dish I serve.
I learned at home, and I refined my craft professionally
I fortunately grew up in the central Caribbean of Costa Rica (Limón) with my mother, who was a chef for more than 35 years, and I learned a lot from her.
I rely on quality as my secret ingredient
I believe using the best quality food makes the meal better, and I keep that standard in every menu I prepare.
